I use a Home buying guide upon my initial consultant that help buyers identify key factors in selecting their next home. I suggest websites that will allow buyers "search like an agent". I also sign buyers up for daily downloads from the MLS system dropping in their email new properties as they hit the market.

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Email flyers to 5000 agents;list on the FMLS and GAMLS systems Place on my company website and public site as wells.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Best price comes from the best condition of the home, regardless of what our neighbor house sold for. Comparative analysis it also a tool I implement for pricing a house to sell fast.

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?

Rule# 1 is ACCESS: I make sure agents can view your home from 9am-9pm, 7 days a weeks...showing your house is the only way to sell your house: no "appointment only" if at all possible.

Rule#2 is CURB Appeal!: We need the outside to be as beautiful as possible: flowers, groomed shrubs and no debris in front of the house. Make sure we have the floors, kitchen and bathrooms in good show condition. Contact me for more tips!
